My Services

You can drill down to more specific service information using the My Services menu to the right. I have tried to create a comprehensive list of the work I do however I am sure there’s something I’ve missed out somewhere, if it’s design or marketing based and involves a computer I can do it.

The personal touch

I offer a wide range of services usually only found in large design agencies - I can offer these services because of my wide skills base - unlike many freelancers I do not need to farm work out to other individuals and businesses. Operating as an individual and being able to provide such a wide range of services allows me to creatively focus on your projects without being hindered by the communication barriers often found within larger organisations.

You can be assured that your projects will always be personally handled by myself, the business owner, therefore you can always be confident that the utmost personal attention will be given to your work.

No job too big, or too small

I accept all types of jobs from occasional ad hoc maintenance work to large communications projects. I am experienced in project management and understand what is expected by clients.

All large projects start with establishing objectives, a comprehensive quote which can be broken down into individual items, agreed payment stages, regular project meetings, detailed meeting reports and all related data stored and backed up in an organised fashion.

In the case of ad hoc jobs I am happy to work on a pro-rata basis keeping the client notified of hours spent on jobs and invoicing at the end of each month.

The Cookies & Java difference

The Cookies & Java brand is all about offering a creative, friendly and professional service and building long term business relationships with clients. Unlike most freelancers and agencies my intention is not to grow in terms of staff but only in terms of maintaining the facilities needed to remain creative and cutting edge. This approach allows me to keep my business overheads lower than the competition and pass those savings onto the customer.
